- We cannot schedule your delivery until your order has been paid in full.
- The lead time for your delivery can take between 3-7 working days from the date we have received your final payment.
- Final payment must be received within the agreed 8-week time frame.
- There is a £100 cancellation fee on orders that you cancel when using EasyPay, any deposits paid will be reimbursed in 5 working days minus the cancellation fee.
- If you wish to pay in full earlier than the agreed 8-week time frame you can do so by accessing your EasyPay account via your link you have received in your emails.

Like all Rathwood Furniture, the Ottawa Range is designed with luxury all-weather rattan, crafted from a high-quality synthetic weave with varied textures and tones woven around 1.2mm thick cast aluminium frames meaning this set will not rust and is fine to be left outdoors. The glass table top is made with for safety. All cushions are machine washable and made exclusively of the highest quality showerproof materials. There is little to no maintenance on this set making it the perfect addition to your home! It comes with a 5 Year Structural Guarantee but please note the glass is not covered by the guarantee. There is a minimal, straightforward assembly required.
