- We cannot schedule your delivery until your order has been paid in full.
- The lead time for your delivery can take between 3-7 working days from the date we have received your final payment.
- Final payment must be received within the agreed 8-week time frame.
- There is a £100 cancellation fee on orders that you cancel when using EasyPay, any deposits paid will be reimbursed in 5 working days minus the cancellation fee.
- If you wish to pay in full earlier than the agreed 8-week time frame you can do so by accessing your EasyPay account via your link you have received in your emails.

You can use it with either lava rock or ceramic wood logs in the burning pan or a combination of both if you would like.
It is packed with features for both convenience and safety, it will run on either LPG or Butane and the flame size can be controlled with a variable gas valve and in the highly unlikely event of it being knocked over, by a passing elephant perhaps, it has an automatic overturn shutdown facility. The cylinder is concealed within the housing and connects via a 60cm hose with a 37m Bar regulator plus it has ODS pilot safety built in. It sits on four double castors so is simple to move around the patio to exactly where you want it.
