Rathwood Gift Card Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to Rathwood Gift Cards ("Gift Cards") issued by Rathwood Limited, trading as Rathwood ("Rathwood," "we," or "us"). By purchasing, accepting, or using a Rathwood Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing or using the Gift Card.
1. Gift Card Redemption and Expiry:
- Rathwood Gift Cards can be redeemed for merchandise, products, and services offered at Rathwood.
- Gift Cards expire five (5) years from the date of purchase.
2. Balance and Reload:
- You can check the balance of your Gift Card by visiting our website or by contacting our customer service team.
- Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or topped up with additional funds once they have been purchased.
3. Use of Gift Card:
- Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or credit, except where required by law.
- Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
- Gift Cards can be used multiple times until the balance reaches zero or the card expires.
4. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards:
- Rathwood is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised use of Gift Cards. Treat your Gift Card like cash.
- Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.
5. Promotions and Discounts:
- Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
- Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional discounts, coupons, or offers unless explicitly stated.
6. Compliance with Laws:
- By purchasing, accepting, or using a Rathwood Gift Card, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
7. Modification and Termination:
- Rathwood reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, without notice, at its sole discretion.
- Rathwood may terminate the Gift Card program at any time without liability.
8. Governing Law:
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By purchasing or using a Rathwood Gift Card, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Rathwood reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes.
