What’s Covered:
Our Guarantee applies to the framework and structural integrity of your furniture — the parts that matter most. If there’s ever a fault due to manufacturing, we’ve got your back.
What’s Not Covered:
Like all good things, there are some fair limits. Our guarantee doesn’t cover:
- Natural wear and tear over time
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or incorrect assembly
- Commercial use (our furniture is designed for home use)
- Products that have changed ownership
We may request photos or videos to assess the issue, and each case is reviewed carefully by our team. In some cases, compensation may be offered instead of a replacement — but rest assured, we’re here to make it right.
