The 8-level quiet and gentle magnetic resistance allows you to customize your workout. Levels 1-3 are ideal for warm-up exercises, while levels 4-6 are for running or bodybuilding.
The adjustable seat features a padded seat and backrest. The seat can be adjusted forwards and backwards, allowing you to choose your most comfortable seating position.
